Most products (except Bride, Bridesmaid and Bachelorette custom boxes) are in-stock and are processed and shipped within 14 business days. If for whatever reason our shipping delay is more than 30 business days, you will be notified by email. We ship anywhere in the United States. All items are shipped Priority Mail via USPS with delivery confirmation. Please note you will be notified of expected delays.

For Fresh Beauty Custom Beauty Boxes please allow 4-6 weeks. Please note these are handmade boxes with an option to customize the products that go in the boxes.

Due to high demands last day to order for Christmas is December 16th!!!! Most orders will be ready for Christmas except our customized boxes. Please give us extra time as Christmas approaches. Special orders and out-of-stock products can take up to 30 business days to ship.

We do not give refunds store credit only. Sale merchandise orders can not be canceled. All sales are final.
