Chic Work to Cocktail Style

I have a little knack for finding the best deals with fashion. I have actually been hired by some of my clients to do the exact thing I do best SAVE money. I came across this fun, trendy skirt the other day when I was shopping and thought of you girls right away. What a perfect skirt to dress  for work and then with a couple of accessories change it to cocktails in less than 3 minutes.

For work I paired the skirt with a black tank top from Elie Tahari,  black jacket from Banana Republic and a pair of black patent/clear Manolo Blahnik’s.

Now for cocktails, I love easy outfits that can go from work to play in no time. This outfit is the perfect example. All I had to do was take off my jacket and put on a slinky black button down top over my black tank top. I added a wide belt with grommet detail to give me a little more shape. I switched my large hobo work bag for my little silver and gold Henry Bendel clutch.
