Dr. Brandt PoreDermabrasion Review

One of the most important skin care routines you can do is to exfoliate your skin. I have said it time and time again. You will never have glowing, gorgeous skin if you do not exfoliate. Dry, flaky skin, dead skin cells just hanging on to dear life will never have you saying “Hello my name is Flawless.”  So let’s get right down to it girls. There are so many products on the market how do you choose the right exfoliant?

As an esthetician, I have had the opportunity to try hundreds of skin exfoliating products. I don’t love everything I try nor do I see results with everything that I test out or use. That’s why I love doing product reviews so you can learn from my beauty expertise on the right products to invest in. I was interested in Dr. Brandt’s PoreDermabrasion because it is both a physical and chemical exfoliator AND pore perfector in one.

My skin has been anything but glowing this summer. I have had major skin cell build up and dry lifeless looking skin. Let’s just say I haven’t been thrilled with how my summer skin has been treating me lately. I needed major skin resurfacing to get my glow back. I have heard great things about Dr. Brandt skincare and thought this was the perfect time to dry out the PoreDermabrasion Pore Perfecting Exfoliator.  

This Dr. Brandt PoreDermabrasion claims to refine the appearance of pores, deep clean your pores and smoothes skin texture. They recommend using it one to two times a week, allowing three days between applications.

I was impressed with how micro fine the Dr. Brandt PoreDermabrasion exfoliant felt. It felt soothing on my skin not abrasive. After a couple of uses, I tested the product by applying more pressure than I normally would (not something I would recommend if you have sensitive skin).  I wanted to see if I would create any redness or irritation on my skin. To my surprise, I saw gorgeous, ultra smooth skin with no trace of redness. My makeup went on like butttah in the morning; I was back in the selfie’s game again snapping away without feeling like I needed ninety-nine filters.

Anyone can use this product whether you are twenty-two and have oily skin or are a sexy little number in your eighties dealing with dry skin. You will see dramatic pore size shrinkage and beautiful skin texture using this product. I have officially added it to my weekly skin care routine.
