Move over same ‘ol neutral eye and say Hello to a Rock Star/Badass/Totally Unique makeup look that says “I HAVE ARRIVED.” Peter Philips creative director of Chanel makeup created this one of a kind look for the Paris Couture 2013 show. To get this look, use Chanel eyeshadow in Black Stream and Chanel eyeliner in Noir Intense all over the lid before applying the Mac Daddy fake lashes. Peter created the wing shaped mesh fake eyelashes and applied them to the upper and lower lash lines. You want your end result to be smudgy and smeared but not looking messy. The skin was left matte with a hint of peach lips and cheeks.
