Want a FAB Not FLAB Body This Summer?
As I sip on my Mint infused Lemonade from Mayapapaya I can feel the after burn from my Pilates class at Zoeli Pilates this morning. I have dabbled in Pilates over the years with the goal of lengthening, toning and stretching my body. My profession as a makeup artist and Xtreme Lash stylist have me bending and hunching over for hours at a time mostly do to my extremely OCD makeup and Xtreme Lash applications. I started to notice a small little problem with my shoulder a couple of months ago when I was having trouble reaching up to take the cream out of the refrigerator for my Nespresso, you girls know me, there is NOTHING that will stop me from having my morning espresso even if it is decaf, sorry shoulder pain. I signed up for some mega Pilates reformer classes to help strengthen my back and work on whatever it was going on with my left shoulder. Be prepared for some serious core work, body alignment and wrapping, wrapping and more wrapping (you will find out what this means in class). Enjoy xoxo
